Career Destinations is a professional recruitment, career and staffing agency founded by Melanie Funk in 2003. Following more than 10 years with the large multinational recruitment agencies, Melanie recognised the need to develop a service to suit the small and medium businesses in the area of Human Resources, in particular the recruitment of staff. This service would specialize in listening to business owners and assisting them to find staff with the right skills, attitudes and experience to ensure both the employer and employee would be “destined to succeed’.
Melanie is a Professional Member of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors (AACC) and an Accredited Professional Recruiter of Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
